We will happily hold items for up to 90 days after their completion date. You get an automatic email the day your items are completed. Every month, we do call-backs to remind customers to collect items. On the second ‘call-back’ month, we send a personal email informing you of your final pick-up date.
If you’re unable to pick up your item – please let us know! We have alternatives which include releasing your item to a friend or family member, coordinating for a courier pick-up, or mailing out your item (at cost to you).
Items abandoned at Awl Together Leather will be donated after 90 days.
Orders that have shipping pre-paid, will automatically be packaged and mailed when completed. You will get an email with a tracking code when it leaves. Items are mailed Tuesday – Friday, as our courier is closed on the weekend.
Thanks for buying something for us! Web orders are stored under a different system than our in-store repair/custom items, however they are stored the same! Just let the front staff know that you are collecting a website/Etsy order and they will find it in our pick-up area under your last name. Website and Etsy orders fall under the same 90 day collection window.
