Our pickup policy is very simple! We have a few tenents, but try to keep things as easy as possible when picking up your belongings.
- We require you to provide us with your phone number when picking up. You don’t need to have your receipt, but we will ask for the neccessary information off of it.
- Yes – you can send a friend/family/assistant to pickup your goods! However, they must also have your phone number and general ticket details.
- You will always receive an email as soon as your item is ready. Keep an eye on your junkmail, they can end up there sometimes accidentally.
- We will happily hold items for up to 90 days beyond their completion date. We will always attempt to contact you, multiple times and multiple methods. If something has happened to you and you’re unable to pick up your item or send a courier – please let us know! However, items abandoned at Awl Together Leather, with no response from the owners, will be donated after 90 days.
